Sorgente REM was founded in 2012 to offer services for the enhancement of public and private real estate assets.  Over time it has managed properties for a value of approximately 2.5 billion euros. 

Today the company operates in the field of conservative restoration of valuable properties, monumental complexes, architectural, artistic and archaeological assets. 

It owns certifications SOA for OG1 (Classifica IV), OG2 (Classifica VI), OS2-A (Classifica IlI-Bis), OS25 (Classifica II), ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018.
